Paper plate cocktail hat

(From now on I will list how much each project cost, you will be surprised at how much you can save when you make it yourself.)
I noticed paper plates (free) can be made into a nicer shape when you make it into a shallow cone. I then covered it with felt (20¢). The spike is a peacock feather stem ($1.00) painted with acrylic paint. Finally I glued a flower (79¢) on.
(Total cost: $1.99+small amount of glue&paint. Similar item sells for $120.)
