My friend posted this mini hat on Facebook the other day. I really want to make my own. I bought a felt mini hat from Michael's for $1.80 (with a 40% off coupon), and a feather pick for $1.99 (it has a assortments of feathers on it, so it's cheaper than buying three packages of feathers.) I also bought 1/3 yard of green satin from Hobby Lobby for $1. I already have some scrap lace and a buckle at home. So I made mine for less than $5. The original hat costs $163.80, so technically I saved $158.30. Mine (on the right) is not as perfect as the original though.
